Electron is the name of Rocket Lab's first launch vehicle. It stands 18 meters (59 ft) tall and is a regular launcher of small payloads. It launches from Rocket Lab's private Launch Complex 1 in New Zealand and the new Launch Complex 2 in Wallops Island, Viginia, USA.
